Chaos is interviewed by Rich Walcoff.  She is the Co-Founder of The Farmaceuticals Company which makes natural, and completely in-house products with their own signature gentle infusion process. This includes: CBD Drops, Pet Drops CBD Balm, and more. Their unique methods of full-flower infusion with outdoor organically grown flour, and combined with olive oil creates a natural tincture. This method allows full use of the healing elements of cannabis without taking out some it beneficial properties in the process. The resulting products can be used for direct application or cooking.

Karen Muller is the owner of Cannabis Business Brokers, a professional and licensed business brokerage service to buyers and sellers of cannabis businesses. From her experience as a merger and acquisitions attorney, and her experience with cannabis and pharmaceutical industries, she advises on cannabis business transactions. This includes the purchase or sale of a dispensary, a nonstore front delivery service, a cultivation facility, a manufacturing operation and more. She tells us about the ‘watch-fors’ in starting in this business that many startups do not consider at the outset.

Morgan Fox (of the National Cannabis Industry Association) discusses the pressures facing the Senate Banking Chairman to take up the SAFE Banking Bill that was passed in the House of Representatives. The proposed SAFE Banking Act forbids regulators from terminating, or limiting either deposit or share insurance of financial institutions solely because they conduct business with a cannabis company. Public demand is growing. Is it enough to turn the tide?

Devon Langford is back from the Hawthorne Gardening Company. It is the subsidiary of Scott Miracle-Gro that focuses on hydroponics. Since the cannabis industry is a new and burgeoning business, it can try new technologies without retrofitting, leaving the industry free to explore hydroponic equipment, and reap the benefits of sustainable gardening. He will share his insight with us.
