Rachel Gillette is an attorney with Greenspoon Marder LLP. She helped licensed cannabis and hemp businesses with licensing, permitting and regulatory compliance, business law and transactions, contract drafting and review, as well as many other aspects of the business. She helped startups and entrepreneurs, investors and ancillary industry businesses develop in this cannabis innovation ecosystem. In this conversation, we look forward to when the Fed eventually remove the controlled substance label to cannabis and allows for safe banking and other liberties. This will bring about an explosion of growth across the country. What will be the regulation then and what is the potential for corruption in a free market? Hear our near future pondered from a legal point of view from an experienced attorney in the field.
