Matt Grimshaw is a solo documentary producer (aka “The Documattarian”) who taught a veteran to grow cannabis on camera when it was legalized in 2018 to create VETSGROW – a docu-series centered on the unique trap many veterans find themselves in with regards to using cannabis to treat service related conditions ranging from chronic pain to PTSD, especially as an alternative to opioid medications which are now known to be a contributory factor in the suicide epidemic ravaging America’s 19+ million veterans. A look back to the Emerald Cup event in Santa Rosa, California. W420 Lifestyles correspondent, Rich Walcoff, was on the field at the event, where he met with Sundarajan Mutialu, who is a plasma physicist. His company developed a technique that allows for the cultivation of landrace, heirloom, and other hard-to-grow medicinal genetics in controlled environments.
