Recreational vs Medical

Across the country, we often have two different perspectives of marijuana, one for recreational, and one for hemp. Some recreational user believe that with legal recreational use, there is no need for medical marijuana. Developers of medical marijuana point out that specialized strains for medial use may not appeal to recreational users. On a parallel note, the question arises, will we need to different sections in the agricultural department, one for marijuana and one for hemp? Legalization raises many questions.
