Marijuana Sales are Up in the 2020 Pandemic

Morgan Fox is the Media Relations Director at the National Cannabis.  He reports that during the pandemic this year that this year, marijuana use has increased.  This brings a rebound to the industry that had declining sales by the end of 2019.  Despite increased sales, dispensaries still face more obstacles that other industries.  They are denied banking, they have difficulty getting loans and are denied state and federal funds.  Even being allowed delivery services and curbside pickup have been an obstacle.

Stuart Tomc works in the Regulatory Department of CV Sciences as Vice President of Science, Regulation and Education.  New interests in the benefits of marijuana have led us to explore the benefits of cannabinoids.  Scientists discovered that cannabinoids are imuno and neuromodulatory. They modulate the immune system in a way that is different from global steroids. Cannabinoids to not block things they way that steroids to, instead, they modulate the hyperactive immune response and it may have some anti-inflammatory effects.  This has treatment potential on virulent conditions.
