New Radio Format Coming Nationwide!
Nationwide — September 25th, 2019 — W420radionetwork.com is the first virtual localized radio station dedicated to America’s cannabis industry conversation. CEO and Co-Founder of W420 Radio Network, Marc Corsi, announces Dan Perkins to host it’s premiere show.
Perkins started his radio career on WCOL-AM in Columbus, Ohio in 1970. He did talk radio when just a few people in the nation were experimenting with this new programming format. “Dan is the perfect fit,” explains, Marc Corsi. “His experience, expertise, and news acumen provides this important, and ever-changing topic the spotlight it deserves.
”Mr. Perkins appears on more than 1,400 radio stations a month. He writes about current events in commentaries for more than 20 different news blogs. He provides a way for people to understand the ‘between the lines’ news that some will sweep under the rug or deem unnecessary for the average citizen.
“America’s Cannabis Conversation needed to happen. No dialogue exists on the public broadcast airwaves. Therefore, it offers real-time developments in the cannabis industry for your edification. This includes breaking medical and legislative news. We also provide a means to advertise without conflicting with federal statutes,” explains Dan Perkins, Host and Producer.
Dan is a veteran. His foundation, Songs and Stories for Soldiers, seeks to help veterans in a wide array of ailments. It addresses Traumatic Brain Injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Sleep Deprivation, and Suicide Prevention. His foundation helped 130 Veterans Services facilities across the nation. It delivered more than 19,000 MP3 systems free to veterans. The Presidential Task Force (P.R.E.V.E.N.T.S.) asked Dan to be a participant on the team as the founder of Songs and Stories for Soldiers. He helped tackle the problem of veteran’s suicide.
