Cultivation Tips: What You Don’t Know
Ryan Douglas authored ‘From Seeds to Success: How to Launch a Great Cannabis Cultivation Business in Record Time.’ This revealing work shows how the business model for cannabis dispensaries has changed. Now, the better profitability lies in cultivation. The cost of building dispensaries averages a half million to a million dollars, and some of these expensive endeavors would up being sold at a loss by to the owners. His book provides a step by step method for researching, planning, raising funds, designing, launching and expanding a successful cultivation business with a goal of coming to market as quickly as possible.
Investing in Cannabis Equity
Michael J. Regan is a generalist equity analyst for consumer durables & cyclicals, industrials, chemicals, aerospace, media, telecom, tech, and REITs. Shortly after a cannabis boom in the market, we found that cannabis had not done as well as the broader market indexes. Now the market is changing again. That leaves, the question, if cannabis is not in one’s portfolio, where should one be buying? Mr. Regan explains why the US operators are more attractive than the Canadian operators at this point. New investors tend to lump the entire traded sector into one, but cannabis in general has sub-markets.
Federal Declassification Laws – What’s Happening There?
Morgan Fox is the Media Relations Director for the National Cannabis Industry Association. As such, he has his finger on the pulse of what’s happening with proposed and pending legislation regarding cannabis. Rapid change is in the works for declassifying cannabis at the federal law. Cannabis is still a ‘Schedule 1’ drug under federal law which makes violation a serious charge. Conflicting with that standing law is the fact that so many states have legalized medical and even recreational use of marijuana. The new administration seems favorable toward changing this, and it has a like-party Congress that could back up any move in that direction and new bills are on the way.
What Do I Do in the Pandemic?
Michael Lewis, MD, MPH, MBA, FACPM, FACN founded the Brain Health Education and Research Institute in 2011 to; pursue educational and research endeavors, further knowledge of natural and nutritional ways, and to improve brain health. His research is crucial today in the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. While many of us are practicing social distancing, washing our hands, cleansing our bodies and keeping our environments clean, what are we doing internally? In this interim time as we strive for herd immunity, what should we be doing and how do we do it?
